If you bought QuickBooks Self-Employed directly from QuickBooks or Intuit, you can follow the steps below:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
- Click the Gear ⚙ icon.
- Select Billing Info, then click Cancel subscription.
To cancel a subscription purchased through a mobile app store, you can follow the steps provided by Apple or Google. Keep in mind that you will still have one full year to view and download your reports, statements, and tax forms.
