How do I unsubscribe and stop ongoing payments?

We're sorry to see you go. You can cancel your subscription based on how you signed up, either directly through QuickBooks or through a mobile app store. For any ongoing payments, please contact our QuickBooks Self-Employed Live Support team. They can securely check your account, stop the payment, and help with any refunds available.

 

If you bought QuickBooks Self-Employed directly from QuickBooks or Intuit, you can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
  2. Click the Gear  icon.
  3. Select Billing Info, then click Cancel subscription.

 

To cancel a subscription purchased through a mobile app store, you can follow the steps provided by Apple or Google. Keep in mind that you will still have one full year to view and download your reports, statements, and tax forms.
