I get an "unexpected error, please try again after some time" message on the GST tab. I have been getting this message for days now. Anyone know a fix?
With unexpected errors we normally attribute them to a browser issue which may require you to clear browsing data before trying again. I have outlined below how you can clear your cache & cookies depending on the browser.
On PC browsers e.g. Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer to prompt the clear data screen please press on your keyboard: Control + Shift + Delete
On Mac browsers e.g. Safari: Command+ ALT + E
From there make sure you have specifically selected Cache + Cookies
Then select Clear Data
That being said if you have been experiencing this issue for the last couple of days I would encourage you to give our Customer Success team a call on 1800 114 837 (8:30am - 6:30pm, Mon-Fri AEST) so they can check the file for you and get you access to the file's GST centre.
