We are having the same problem - our pay is due today and no one from quickbooks or keypay support is answering...great job quickbooks, after hiking prices you disable the payroll functionality :\
We also tried to upgrade our account to see if that would clear the error, but it didnt, we're still stuck and can't create a pay run
I am also having same problem. Have to run 60 employee payroll and cannot see any support. if any one come around from problem, please let us know how you did it

hey all - i contacted support and it seems to be fixed now
There was an outage on Sunday 14th which prevented QuickBooks Online Payroll powered by KeyPay users from viewing or running payroll. This has since been fixed and users should no longer be experiencing any more difficulty.
