Is anyone else getting error 103 on NAB bank feeds

Hi there, Clmuir. I'd like to provide more information about Error 103 in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Error 103 indicates that either your user ID or password is incorrect when logging into your bank account in QuickBooks. It's important to review your bank account credentials.

Here's how:

  1. Open a new window in your web browser and go directly to your bank's website. Make a note of the website for later reference.
  2. Enter your login credentials to sign in to your bank's website. If you have separate accounts with the bank (such as a business account and a personal account), sign in to the account you want to fix in QuickBooks.
  3. If you sign in successfully, then you know the user ID and password are correct. If you encounter a sign-in error, follow your bank's instructions to recover your user ID, reset your password, or both.

Next, proceed to Step 2 and continue until you have finished the process outlined in this article: Fix bank error 103 in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If the issue persists, I suggest following these troubleshooting steps and reconnecting your bank account from there:

  1. Try using a private or incognito browser.
  2. Restart your browser.
  3. Clear your browser's cache.
  4. Use a supported and up-to-date browser.

Once everything's fine, you can check out these articles to learn how to manage your accounts
