Thanks for reaching out to us here in the Community, @cklbookk

You can run the Profit and Loss report to compare your income and expenses on a monthly basis. However, only figures will be pulled up on the reports. For the graph, you can export it to MS Excel so you can further customise it from there.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports from the left menu.
  2. In the Search box, enter Profit and Loss
  3. Select the appropriate report period.
  4. Choose Months in the Display columns by drop-down.
  5. Select the Accounting Method
  6. Click Run report
  7. Click Export to Excel between Print and Settings icons.
  8. In Excel, manually create a graph using the report.

For more information, you can check out this helpful article: How to Customise Profit and Loss Report. I'm also including this article to learn more about creating customised reports in the system.

That will do it, @cklbookk. If I can be of further assistance, I'm just one click away. Have a great day.
