Hello [email address removed],

Thanks for posting in the Community!

Banking error 102 is usually caused when there's a problem on the banking website like an ongoing maintenance issue or server issue causing the interruption between your online banking connection and Intuit QuickBooks Online. I'd recommend checking the following below to help resolve error 102.

Log in to QuickBooks Online using an incognito window (private browsing) and manually update the bank account and click on the Update button in the Banking/Transactions tab. If it's your first time trying to connect the bank account, repeat the steps when trying to connect the bank account in QuickBooks Online.

Check also the following on your banking website:

  • Log in to your banking website to make sure your user id and password work.
  • Check for messages, prompts, and notification that needs your attention.
  • Review the account page, account history, and transactions.

If the above appears good and no issues on your banking website. I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, one of our care agents can check your account connection and escalate it to the banking team.

While waiting for a resolution, you can import your bank transactions using a CSV file format. Here's a link for your reference Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
