Banking error 102 is usually caused when there's a problem on the banking website like an ongoing maintenance issue or server issue causing the interruption between your online banking connection and Intuit QuickBooks Online. I'd recommend checking the following below to help resolve error 102.
Log in to QuickBooks Online using an incognito window (private browsing) and manually update the bank account and click on the Update button in the Banking/Transactions tab. Check also the following on your banking website:
If the above appears good and no issues on your banking website. I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, one of our care agents can check your account connection and escalate it to the banking team.
While waiting for a resolution, you can import your bank transactions using a CSV file format. Here's a link for your reference Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Post again in the Community if you have more questions. I'll be around to help you!
