It looks like this client's name in their account in the Payroll section is incorrect - this can come about if their login was previously used by someone else attached to the company. In order to correct this, you can follow the steps below:
Advise the client to sign into their company using their regular QuickBooks login
Go to the Employees section and select Payroll Settings
Under the Advanced column, click on My Account
Update the Name to reflect the client's correct name
