Hi ducoperfect,

Could you please advise where specifically you are seeing these dates so we know how best to assist? If running Custom saved reports, they will default to the date range they were set up with and you would need to change these using the date fields at the top of the page. If the dates showing when preparing your BAS are incorrect, you'll need to check the dates entered on the first BAS you've marked as lodged in QuickBooks Online - once you have entered the beginning dates, the system will move forward chronologically from there. If those dates aren't correct, you'd need to unlodge the previous periods in QBO to edit the beginning dates. It's also important to ensure you have the correct month selected for the start of your financial year, you can check this by:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙, then Account and Settings.
  2. Select Advanced.
  3. In the Accounting section, verify that the setting in the first month of the financial year field is correct, or select Edit ✎ to change the setting.
  4. Select Save, then Done.

Feel free to reply with more details so we can assist further as needed!
