In QuickBooks Online, you can add more than one attachment on the Attachments list. However, you can only add one attachment per transaction.
You can upload a file directly to the Attachments list without attaching them to a transaction or profile. For mobile apps, you can add the attachments to the Notes & Attachments option.
Here's how:
- Go to Notes & Attachments.
- Then click the Plus Icon.
- Click the Pin Icon.
- Select the Assign To field and click the source.
