When creating modifications and customizations in your financial reports, make sure to click the Run report button for them to be applied.
If you've already done this, it’s possible that the saving issue is related to a browser cache issue. To troubleshoot this, let's access your company using a private window. Kindly refer to the keyboard shortcut keys below to proceed:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If this resolves the problem, I recommend clearing your regular browser's cache and cookies for a fresh start. Alternatively, consider trying a different supported browser.
