You've come to the right place to see your reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Deneille. This way, you can get back to review your financial data in the program.

It's possible that the Reports menu wasn't checked when you customised it. Please click the pencil icon beside the Menu dropdown and scroll down to review it. Here's a screenshot for your visual reference:

Moreover, you can go to this link to be directed to the Reports menu:

https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/reports

If you're still unable to see the Reports menu, I suggest accessing your QBO account through a private/incognito window. The private window will not save any history, making it a good place to identify browser problems. To start incognito mode, use these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Shift + Ctrl + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you can see the cash flow planner feature using a private window, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing the cache or cookies is the best way to get a clean slate for your browser. Otherwise, using other supported browsers can be a good alternative too.

Additionally, you can check out this article to learn more about tailoring your reports, displaying particular accounts or customers, and configuring the layout for precise data placement: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

You're always welcome to get back to me if you need further assistance with managing your reports in QBO. I’ll be more than happy to work with you again. Have a good one!
