My client's bank account balances that were previously reconciled have suddenly become unreconciled. This issue appeared in recent weeks following AI system updates. Could you please investigate and resolve this matter?
The recent AI system updates for the Australian region have been specifically focused on enhancing bank feed functionalities, Caddy.
These updates do not affect the reconciliation status or compromise previously reconciled bank account transactions and balances.
I recommend checking the Audit log to investigate other potential causes, such as manual changes, accidental undoing of reconciliations, duplicate or missing transactions. Here's how:


If you identify any missing transactions, please add them manually. For duplicate transactions, only delete the duplicates to prevent discrepancies. Lastly, if transactions have unexpectedly become unreconciled, you'll need to manually reconcile them.
Then, after adding any missing entries or removing duplicates, reconcile the bank account again to ensure the balances are accurate.
