Quickbook online refuses to trust my browser. Every time I log in I need to put in my name and password, then put in an SMS and then put in a thing to check that I am a human.
It does this every now and then it just decides I must do the five step login every single time even if I just log out two minutes ago.
I don't know why Quickbooks is so buggy and frankly if you asked me to enter an SMS code then why do you want me to enter my password and vice versa? And if I have to do all this then why do I have to do a capture test because frankly they are all redundant tests for the same thing.
The worst thing is it asks if you would rather put in your password or get SMS code. No matter what you choose the next step is to do the opposite. It's a complete waste of time.
I can only imagine someone who doesn't really understand security just decides if we throw lots of things together then it will be secure and we can say we did something even though it is irrelevant and damaging to the user experience.
