I have information regarding the error message you received when going to the Banking page.
We have a reported issue where users encounter the same error message when accessing the Banking page. Our engineers are currently working to resolve this as soon as possible.
Are you trying to match your transactions for reconciliation? If so, you might want to follow your bank statement in the meantime while we're fixing this.
After releasing the fix, you can exclude those downloaded bank transactions that are already reconciled. Check this article for the detailed steps: Exclude a bank transaction from your expenses in QuickBooks Online.
