Stop saying update your card. You've sent it for more than 12 months daily. Even after you took my annual fee.

Every login I get a message my card is expiring. Today I got it 3 times in 1 hr. My card expires in 5 years. I've changed my card 4 times and no difference. It's a simple bug that nobody wants to look at.

I wish you didn't have to encounter the issue this long, danvers. I recognize how important managing credit card data subscriptions and information is when handling payments in your account and for letting us know about this.

I would appreciate handling this matter personally, however, it's essential to consider that the Community is a public platform, and safeguarding your security and privacy is our priority. I recommend contacting our Technical Support Team to securely review your account and investigate the ongoing issue of receiving pop-ups prompting you to update your credit card details. To do this:

  1. Go to the Help icon and choose the Search tab.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Describe your concern and click Continue.
  4. Choose between Chat with us and Have us call you.

I'm including this reference to help you utilize your online data subscription and other information in your account: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.

I'll make sure to get back into this thread if you have additional queries when managing your data. You can always leave a reply below anytime you need further help. Keep safe.
