May I know the error of these pay events in QuickBooks Online? To check, kindly go to the Payroll tab, select Reports and then Single Touch Payroll. Click on the event ID to view more details.
If you've confirmed that these pay events are received by the ATO, please contact our Customer Support Team to further investigate.

Honestly can't see us spending even more time on notifying QBO customer service. We have contacted the clients as we find them - 5 so far. We have been to the ATO portal and verified lodgement. The error message confirms the lodgement had occurred.

Thank you for your response. Upon checking on the error message you are getting we do have an ongoing investigation with error CMN.ATO.PAYEVNT.EM92172 when lodging pay events to ATO in QBO Payroll. And this needs to be escalated to our Payroll team. Before contacting support, we recommend to check your ATO portal or contact ATO to confirm if they have received the lodged pay run.
