The app says I have a bank connection issue and I need to reset password. I’ve done this three times. I can get into my internet banking so there doesn’t seem to be an issue but it won’t connect to my bank. Please help?

When you connect your bank account to the system, we only need you to enter the username and password you use for your online banking. Some banks may require additional security steps before you can connect to QuickBooks Self-Employed. I'd suggest getting in touch with your bank to verify your issue number.
