Some of the unusual behavior of the program may be caused by the browser you're using. Let's access your account via an incognito window to check if its browser-related. Let me walk you through how.
- Press CTRL+SHIFT+N for Chrome.
- Press CTRL+SHIFT+P for Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.
After that, sign back into your account and see if you can switch to the GST tab again. If it's working fine, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This process will help clear the outdated or corrupted cache files of your browser causing issues like the one with your GST tab.
