Hello there, @user54965

Good to see you here in the Community. It's my priority to help ensure your bank transactions are connected to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

In the meantime, click the "X" button in the We hit a snag screen. This will take you to connect your bank transaction.

I have some information about the error code you're getting when creating a bonus check. Let's perform browser troubleshooting steps to resolve this error. Open your account using a private browser or in incognito mode. This browsing doesn’t store data and will help the page load without issues from temporary data.

Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox).
  • Press Command + Shift + N (Safari).

If you’re able to create a bonus check, it’s a good idea to clear the cache to start on a clean slate. This process helps the browser to fetch the latest version of the webpage and a faster browsing experience.

However, if you hit a snag again, please contact our QuickBooks Self Employed support team. This way, we can check and investigate further.

Keep me posted if you have additional questions about banking transactions in QBSE. I'll be around to help.
