When I try to create a trip, the app freezes. How can I fix this?

I know how to fix the QuickBooks Self-Employed mobile app issue. Let me help you.

 

First, we need to make sure that you installed the latest release. Visit the App Store or Play Store and update it from there.

 

You also want to remove the app's cache to fix common problems when you use QuickBooks Self-Employed, such as lagging or app freezing. 

 

For iOS:

  1. On your phone, click the Settings icon to choose the General menu.
  2. Select iPhone Storage, then tap the Offload App option to free the storage.

For Android:

  1. Go to Settings to choose Apps.
  2. Find and select QuickBooks Self-Employed and click on Storage to select the Clear Data option.

 

Once done, close and restart the app before you create a trip. If the same thing happens, I suggest you uninstall and reinstall the app.
