Let's get you back on track and access your GST center and remove the error in QuickBooks Online.
To isolate on what might be causing the error, let's do some troubleshooting on your browser. Let's start by switching to a private browser. The incognito window does not save your browsing history making it a good place to check web data issues.
Here's how you can open new incognito window using your browser:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Then, log in to QuickBooks Online and access your GST center once more. If you're able to access your account with out an error, go back to your default browser and clear your browser's cache. It's a good idea to clear cache, to remove temporary internet files. We'd recommend using a different browser too.
