Hi RK28!
I understand that you need to invite your accountant and give them access to your data. I'm here to assist you in providing access.
Currently, the QuickBooks Self-Employed Australia version has no option to invite an accountant. This is only available in for US and UK users.
For now, what we can do is to send your QuickBooks Self-Employed info to your accountant.
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Find the report you want to download.
- Set the time period or tax year from the dropdown.
- Click View or Download, then click the arrow icon and select Print or Download.
Also, I suggest you send feedback to our engineers to add this feature to the QuickBooks Self-Employed Australia version. Click the Assistant button, enter "Feedback", then select Add a feature.
I added this article if you need assistance in adding old transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
I'll always be here to answer questions. Let me know the details and I'll gladly lend a hand again.
