Adding missing transactions

How do you add missing transactions.

I can not access bank account so I need to manually enter these in

Adding missing transactions

I want to make sure you can enter all those missing transactions, @Malibu5.

 

There are various ways you can track these transactions. You can create sales forms, like an invoice or sales receipt. Then, you can enter your purchases using billscheques, or expenses.

 

  • An invoice is used when your customer agrees to pay you later. 
  • sales receipt is used when your customer pays you on the spot for goods or services. 
  • bill represents something you are going to pay for at a later time. 
  • An expense or cheque is done and paid for in one shot.

 

You can also refer to these articles:

 

You can start adding them by clicking +New and selecting the desired transaction type. You can also manually record entries directly to account registers. Otherwise, if you can log in and get transactions from your bank, you can manually upload them into QuickBooks Online.

Adding missing transactions

Thank you for your indepth reply.

 

Very easy to follow as I had to enter these transactions manually until i get access to the bank account.
