Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, Saspurs. Let me help you with your query.

As long as the bank is searchable in QuickBooks Online (QBO) the financial institution is integrated with QBO. About the 102 errors you've received, this error occurs when there is ongoing maintenance on your bank or unable to establish a connection.

If you're still trying to connect the bank account in QuickBooks Online. Let's check the following steps below:

  1. Click on the Banking or Transactions tab.
  2. Select Connect account on the landing page. Or if you've already connected online banking accounts in the past, select Link account.
  3. In the Search field, enter your bank's web address (such as http://www.bank.com) that you got from visiting the bank’s website. Or, enter your bank’s name.
  4. Select your bank in the search results.
  5. Follow the prompts like entering your bank's user id and password. Manually type in the user ID and password for your bank account.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. The bank should be connected successfully.

If you've connected the bank account and is getting a bank error 102, let's try doing an edit sign in information in QBO. Here's how:

  1. Select Banking or Transactions.
  2. Select the bank or credit card account you need to update.
  3. Select Edit ✎.
  4. Select Edit sign-in info.
  5. If your web browser auto-fills the user ID and password fields, clear them. This ensures your browser doesn’t put in old info by mistake.
  6. Manually type in the user ID and password for your bank account. If your bank offers a Show option, select it so you can confirm you entered the password correctly.
  7. Select Update.

If the error persists, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to further check your account connection in the background.

In the meantime, you can manually upload the bank feeds using a CSV file format if you wanted to add your transactions in QBO. Here's a link for your reference: Import Bank transactions via CSV [VIDEO].

I'll be around if you need further assistance. I'm here to help. Have a nice day!
