Hello,
Does anyone know why I get this message when I try to email invoice?
Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention, @Ozzie78.
Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to rule out any browser-related problems. Open a private or incognito browser and sign in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed(QBSE) account first.
Here's how:
Google Chrome: press CTRL + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P
Internet Explorer: press CTRL + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
Then, try to email an invoice. Clear your cache and cookies in your default browser if it was successful. It makes the program work more smoothly and helps you delete any stored data on your web browser.
You can also use a different browser as an alternate solution.
If you're getting the same error, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. We will work with our experts to further investigate the root cause of the issue.
Currently, the invoicing feature in QBSE is for creating the transactions, sending them out to customers, and collecting the payments. You can track your receivables outside of QuickBooks for now. Let me share these articles about QBSE and the invoicing feature for more details:
