You'll have to check the phone number entered in your Intuit Account is correct and has the correct format with the area code +61 on it.

If the information is correct, try singing in to your QuickBooks Online account using an incognito window (private browsing) to help isolate the situation.
Here's how to log in using incognito window using your browser:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N

Safari: press Command + Shift + N
