i am trying to update my accountants access but have not received a verification code

You'll have to check the phone number entered in your Intuit Account is correct and has the correct format with the area code +61 on it.

 

Here's how to check your Intuit Account:

  1. Log in to accounts.intuit.com
  2. Enter your Intuit user id and password.
  3. Click on Sign in & Security.
  4. Check your phone number if it has an area code on it.

If the information is correct, try singing in to your QuickBooks Online account using an incognito window (private browsing) to help isolate the situation.

 

Here's how to log in using incognito window using your browser:

 

Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N

Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P

Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

If you still did not receive the verification code when adding your accountant, we'd recommend contacting our Custom Care Team so that they can further check your account details in a secure form.
