We have 4 bank accounts, but the NAB bank feed has stopped working for 1 of our bank accounts. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

As I've checked there is a reported product investigation for the NAB Direct bank feeds connection in QuickBooks Online. INV-73456 Direct bank feeds delayed/missing for NAB only (Transactions dated 17/6/2022 onwards).
In the meantime, let me share some steps to help check and update your connection. If you have a different browser, use it to update your Online Banking. You can also switch to an incognito or private browsing session while downloading transactions. Use these keyboard shortcuts to start an incognito or private browsing session:
After logging back in, follow these steps on how to manually update the bank in QuickBooks Online:
1. Go to the Transactions menu, then select Banking.
2. Locate and select the bank account.
3. Click Update.
Then, check if the bank account is updated with new feeds. In the meantime, you can manually enter your transactions or manually import them using a CSV file upload.
If the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way they can check your account in the background in a secure form.
