Payroll and Award

Hello, I have always used KeyPay for payroll, which is apparently no longer available? It used to automatically updated the Award wages. 

 

My system is no longer updating and I've only just realised I am now not aligned with the Award. 

 

Can some advise what I need to do to get my payroll system and award update to date and suit updating again, please?

Hello JenMar64,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community! Let's check your payroll settings to help you with updating the Awards.

 

Usually, you will see an update notifications section on the Employees tab dashboard/landing page and also under Manage Awards in the Payroll Settings.

 

To do this:

 

  1. Go to the Employees tab.
  2. Click on Payroll Settings.
  3. Click on Manage Awards.
  4. Click actions on the Award and select Apply update.

Also, let's check the Rule set in payroll settings to verify the setup of the awards. Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Employees tab.
  2. Click on Payroll Settings.
  3. Click on Rule set.
  4. You can edit the rule set if it needed an update.

 

This should help you update the awards. If the issue remains, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to further check the awards and if needed to be reset using one of their tools. That way they can ask for your details in a secure form.
