Products

I have the quickbooks self-emplyed trial version but cannot find option to set up products. I have read your advice on using Invoicing-Products and Services but this link seems not to exist on my set up. See attached screen save of my account

Thank you for using the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) trial account. I can guide you on how to set up your products and services.

 

In QBSE, you can add a product or service through the Invoice page. To get started, you'll need to enable the feature through the Settings icon.

 

  1. Sign in to QBSE.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then turn on Invoicing under Tools.

 

Once done, follow these steps to set up your products.

 

  1. Click on Invoices from the Gear icon.
  2. Tap on Create invoice under Invoices.
  3. Select Add new from the Product or Service drop-down menu.
  4. Enter the product details, then Save.
  5. Repeat the same steps for other products.

 

Once done, you're now ready to create invoices using the products added.
