I am sorry to hear about your experience. You have reached the support for QuickBooks Online Australia Community. I would like to clarify if you are using Quickbooks Online US version? Currently, Quickbooks Online Advanced is only available in QBO US.

I am confused. Why did your post appear in AU Community, not US Community.

That is the beauty of QB. I have tried for a year to get help but they send me all over the place. Thanks for the offer but it does seem that I need a US based solution to the problem. I actually posted a job listing to find someone to help since QB has been so hard to deal with.
