Just want to see if Quickbooks has broken for everyone or just me

There are no similar reports of users being unable to open the mobile app, Dan. I'll provide steps that can help you out with this.

 

Before we dig deeper, can you also tell us the name of the bank? Is there an error message when downloading banking transactions?

 

In the meantime, you can refresh the app. This process often resolves some of the most common issues when working in QBO.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Change the Wi-Fi data connection on your device to 4G (varies by device).
  2. Close and restart the app.
  3. Power down and restart your device.

 

After that, check if you can now open the app and download new transactions. Just in case the issue persists, you can temporarily uninstall, then reinstall the app.
