Hello there, Sam Schepis.
You can try refreshing your browser by clicking the Reload icon or pressing F5 on your keyboard. Then, proceed with the steps below to resolve this unexpected behavior by logging in to your account in a private browser. See the shortcut keys:
If everything works fine, we can clear the cache of your regular browser. This helps remove any browser-related issues and refresh your browser's settings. Also, you can use other compatible browsers in QuickBooks Online.
If the missing transactions won't still download, you can contact your bank. The issue may be on the bank’s end. Also, you may want to check these articles for additional guide on how to keep your bank transactions organised:
I'd also encourage you to include the exact error message you're getting and your bank's name. This helps me check further and see what's the best thing to do in your case. Stay safe and be well.
I tried to refresh and then update, and still saying All Caught Up.
I then opened in a private browser on Chrome Incognito and signed it, same issue.
I will try to contact my bank today regarding the issue,
Do you have any other possible solutions?

Hi DJG3,
Thanks for joining the thread. If the browser troubleshooting and performing a manual update is not working on your end, I would recommend to contact QuickBooks support team. Doing so, we'll be able to verify your account and further check your bank connection.
For your reference, you can also check on this article: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.
