Can't find employee super

Hello,

I am trying to add my employee's details but I can't find their super provider on Quickbooks.

I have checked the provider and put in the USI and ABN but still - nothing comes up.

Can someone please help?

 

The Super provider's details are 

Our Australian Business Number (ABN): 49 633 667 743

Our Fund name: Australian Ethical Super

Our Fund address: Australian Ethical Super, Locked Bag 20013, Melbourne VIC 3001

Our Fund Phone number: 1300 134 337

Our Unique Superannuation Identifier (USI): AET0100AU

Our Superannuation Fund Number (SFN): 4794/449/82

I could do it now- it seems like there was a problem late yesterday night and early today morning.

I did a test by searching the ABN (49 633 667 743) of the fund in my test file and I was able to bring up the fund. Please see the screenshot below:

 

 

May I confirm the click path you took in setting the super for your employee, please? Thank you.

Hi There,

 

I couldn't find in the quickbooks - Raiz Super. USI -30099320583010 for updation of our employee super fund. Can you please support to be include in the Super fund list?

Hi Sumit G,

 

Is this a regulated or a self-managed super? I'd recommend double-checking the super fund name if it is complete and the correct super fund name. Also, try searching using the ABN and the complete name of the employee super fund.

 

You can also double-check the super fund name and ABN through the ATO Super Fund lookup.

 

If the issue remains and still unable to locate the super fund and USI on the list. I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support through chat or phone. That way, one of our support agents can further check your account in a secure form.
