Are you getting any error or prompts to update or enter your phone number when trying to contact our Chat support?
Let's check your Intuit Account to make sure you have entered your full name, phone number and address. This helps our customer support in checking your identity when reaching out chat or phone support. Here's how:
- Log in to accounts.intuit.com
- Enter your User ID and password.
- Click on Sign in & Security and enter your phone number.
- Click also Profile tab to enter your Full name and Address.
- Click on Save for each change.
Once done, let's log in to qbo.intuit.com and contact support through the Help icon in your account.
