Cannot see all chart of account category when using iPhone on app - they show up on computer?

Eg my “bank fees” category I now can’t find to categorise an expense using the app, but when I’m on the computer it’s there

It could be that the categories in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app's chart of accounts are not showing because you are running an outdated or incompatible version. Let's troubleshoot this together to recover these categories.

First, ensure you have a strong internet connection and that your iOS devices have iOS 9.3 or later. Then, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your phone's settings.
  2. Select General, then choose iPhone Storage.
  3. Tap QuickBooks Online from the application list.
  4. Click Offload App to free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app.

If the problem continues, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app to resolve any installation or update issues that cause the crashing.

In the meantime, I recommend working on your QBO tasks via a browser to avoid common issues.

Additionally, I've included these resources to help you ensure the best experience when using QuickBooks Online on web browsers or mobile devices. You can also learn about the available features for iPhone, iPad, Android phones, and Android tablets.

If you have additional questions or concerns about your chart of accounts or navigating the mobile app on your iOS, post them here in the forum. I'll make sure to get back to you as soon as possible.
