Did anyone have bank transactions not transfer into quickbooks into review on the 29 February? Maybe a Leap year clitch?

Hi warrinacineplex,

Let’s check out why your Standard Bank isn’t downloading updates. Is there an error message or code when you click the Update button on the Banking page?

Let's update your bank's sign-in info in QuickBooks Online to refresh the connection. Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions and select Bank transactions.
  2. Select the bank or credit card account you need to update.
  3. Select Edit ✎.
  4. Select Edit sign in info.
  5. If your web browser auto-fills the user ID and password fields, clear them. This ensures your browser doesn’t put in old info by mistake.
  6. Manually type in the user ID and password for your bank account. If your bank offers a Show option, select it so you can confirm you entered the password correctly.
  7. Select Save and connect.

Check if new bank transactions have downloaded in the For review tab.

Please know that our system will always depend on what your bank sends us. However, if nothing comes up even after manually updates, we recommend you log in to your bank's website to check for notifications that need attention or review any ongoing maintenance.

In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions using a CSV file to be able to add them to QuickBooks. Check this link for reference: Manually upload your transactions, receipts, and bills into QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to message again should you have additional banking concerns. We're always here to guide you some more. Take care!
