 - Select Help (?) icon at the top.
 
 - Proceed to the Search tab to activate the Contact Us button.
 
 - Click on Contact Us.
 
 - Type your concern in box and hit Continue.
 
 - You can choose to have our experts call you or chat with live support.
 
 
Phone support for Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start users is available on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM AEDT while Chat support is available on weekdays from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM AEDT and on weekends from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM AEDT. For QuickBooks Advanced,  weekend support is offered from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEDT.
