Hey Guys, How do you remove accounts you have connected to your quickbooks?

You'll have to disconnect the account from your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account's Banking menu, @info-wildebotani. I'm here to guide you how.

Once an account is disconnected from online banking, it'll stay active. This means that QBO just stops downloading your new transactions. Please note that the process will delete any transactions that still need to be reviewed in the For Review tab. In case they're 90 days older, you won't be able to download them into QuickBooks again.

For the detailed steps, here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
  2. Select the blue tile for your bank account.
  3. Click the Pencil icon.
  4. Choose the Disconnect this account on save check box.
  5. Select Save and close.
