You'll have to disconnect the account from your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account's Banking menu, @info-wildebotani. I'm here to guide you how.
Once an account is disconnected from online banking, it'll stay active. This means that QBO just stops downloading your new transactions. Please note that the process will delete any transactions that still need to be reviewed in the For Review tab. In case they're 90 days older, you won't be able to download them into QuickBooks again.
