Hi I have a balance but my main account will not populate transactions.

I'm here to help you pull up our transactions that's causing our balances, ari10. 

 

Before anything else, I'd like to ask where we see the balance so I can provide specific instruction on how to pull up the transactions. The unexpected behavior we are experience right now can be caused by the browser's stored cache files. 

 

To verify this let's access our account through a private browser since it doesn't store any cache files. Then, let's look into the main accounts balance by click the Accounting menu and select Chart of Accounts. Click View register of the main account. 

 

If the transactions are now showing, we can switch back to the main browser and clear its cache, and we can logging into our QBO account afterwards. Other support browsers such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox can help us avoid unusual behavior on frequently visited sites like QuickBooks. 

 

We also have available reports that can pull up the Transaction List by Account report to see if there are also available transactions. Just click the Reports menu and search the report.
