When generating the Trial Balance report, it’s important to confirm that you have selected the appropriate date range for your analysis. This ensures that the financial data displayed accurately reflects the period you are reviewing, allowing for an effective assessment of account balances and discrepancies.
Additionally, a possible reason why only 6 months appear on your trial balance is that you haven't recorded transactions for the months that don't have data. To verify, you can click on the amounts displayed in the trial balance to review the underlying transactions. Please refer to the sample screenshot below:
However, if the issue persists. I highly recommend using an alternative browser while you check your transactions in your Trial Balance.
