In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can reactivate a customer from your customer list. To do this, you will first need to include the inactive customer list in the Customers tab. This will allow you to view all inactive customers in the list. Once the inactive customers are displayed, you can search for the specific customer by name and make them active again.
Here's how to see the inactive list:
1. Go to the Customers tab.
2. Click the Gear icon above the customer list.
3. Scroll down and locate Inactive, then check the box to enable it.

Once the inactive list is visible, you can reactivate a customer:
- Search for the customer’s name in the list.
- Locate and select the specific customer.
- Click Make Active.
