how can quickbooks hold my funds since April 2022

Quickbooks is absolutely the worst company out by far, I have had funds that they have been holding for over 1 year and they verified my business information and then released the funds to a bank account to an account that I informed them was not a good account any longer, then they decided they would hold the funds again instead of sending a check to my address on file. I don't understand what the problem is but if anyone is looking to do business with quickbooks, I highly suggest to not do it.

how can quickbooks hold my funds since April 2022

Hi there, Poshdecor.

I truly understand how difficult it can be when your funds, which you were expecting to be on your account, have not arrived. This is a crucial matter, and it's completely understandable that it's causing you concern.

Most of the time, we send out email notifications when funds are on hold.  It also provides specific steps to resolve any issues causing the hold. If you can't find the email, it's recommended to check your spam or junk folder.

If you still can't find or haven't received any email from us, I recommend reaching our Support Team. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click on Help (?) at the top.
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect:

    • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and S-S, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, AEDT.
    • Call us. M-F, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, AEDT.

Also, if you accept card payments through PayPal, you can use this link as a resource for frequently asked questions: Accept Card Payments with PayPal app FAQ.

Your patience and understanding during this time are greatly appreciated. I'll be here if you have other concerns about processing customer payments in QuickBooks.
