There are several reasons you're unable to access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) information. Let’s go through these together so we can help you recover your data and ensure you can get back to managing your business’s growth and transactions in no time.
When your QuickBooks account is blank, this could be due to any of the following:
If you manage multiple QuickBooks accounts, ensure you’re signed into the correct one using the appropriate login credentials. To confirm, check the company name displayed in the upper-right corner near the Intuit QuickBooks logo or on the Dashboard.
Next, navigate to the Subscriptions and billing menu by clicking the Gear icon to review your subscription status. If your subscription has expired or there’s a payment issue, it could affect access to your data. Ensure your subscription is active to regain full functionality.
If you're using the correct account and your subscription is active, this matter could be browser-related. We recommend refreshing your browser or switching to another supported one. Logging out and back into your QBO account can also help resolve the issue.
Finally, you'll have to review the Audit Log page to see whether any data has recently been deleted or modified. From there, recover the details of the deleted transactions so you can re-enter them.
