When creating invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), you'll be able to enter or add a new product with its description. You'll be able to enter multiple texts on the field provided. However, there's a certain limit for that field.
- Go to the Assistant tab.
- Type in Send Feedback on the space provided.
- Click on Add a feature.
- Answer the follow-up replies.
- Select Yes when asked if you're ready to send your feedback.

If your customer wants to make a payment right now or already paid you, enter the transaction manually.
