May I know if you're referring to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account or an account in your Chart of Accounts (COA)?
If you're referring to reactivating an account in the COA that was made inactive, follow these steps to reactivate:
- Navigate to the Transactions tab, then select the Chart of Accounts.
- Select the small Gear icon above the Action column and choose Include inactive.
- Click Make active next to the inactive account.
On the other hand, if you're referring to your QBO account that was cancelled, please know that you only have a year of read-only access to your data.
