I can view all transactions on the mobile app ,however when I login via a computer their is no data on it?

I can view all transactions on the mobile app ,however when I login via a computer their is no data on it?

Thanks for visiting the Community, @mrunjal. It seems like you have two accounts in QuickBooks which is why you're unable to view all the transactions from your mobile apps when you log on the web. 

 

To confirm this, visit this link: https://c37.qbo.intuit.com/qbo37/login?locale=en_AU. Then, log in to your QuickBooks Online account using the same credentials as you logged in on the mobile apps. 

 

If you can see all the transactions, that confirms two accounts in QuickBooks. I'd suggest you cancel your other  QuickBooks Online to avoid duplicate charges. 

 

Just in case, you can also contact our QuickBooks Online Customer AU Support team. They can help you check if your account is active and may help you submit a refund request if your account is eligible for one.
