I cannot categorize my transactions or allocate payments. This is incredibly frustrating. Does anyone have a fix?

For me to fully address your concern and provide you with a detailed resolution, may I know if you've encountered any error messages while managing transactions in your account? Are these entries from your bank, or were you categorizing them when uploading receipts into your file? You can also share all necessary screenshots for us to have a visual reference of your end.
