Since the search function on your mobile app has disappeared, you can follow the troubleshooting steps that I outlined so that you can have the search function again.
Here's how:
- Change the Wifi data connection on your device to 4G (varies by device).
- Close and restart the app.
- Clear app data. To do this:
a. Open your device Settings.
b. Select apps (varies by device).
c. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
d. Select clear data.
- Power down and restart your device.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.
