I want to ensure that you get the support you need, @info1669.

 

You've got me here to assist you with any QuickBooks concern. If you could please provide me with some more details for what you were experiencing, I would be happy to take a look and help get it taken care of.

 

On the other hand, we've recently updated our customer care experience. The best way to reach our support team is to set a callback within your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. 

 

Here's how: 

  1. Click the Assistant on the upper right side. 
  2. Type talk to a human two times in the search box. 
  3. Tap the I still need a human hyperlink. 
  4. Select Get a callback or Message an agent, then complete the required fields.
